Attaching your file to an email is probably the easiest way to send us a file - however it's not the most efficient or reliable way to send files over the internet.
Smaller files (less than 2 megs) are usually no problem.
PDF and JPG files work well as email attachments, with other file formats you may want to "Zip" or "Stuff" them into an archive before sending them.

2. FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
This is the most efficient way to transfer larger files.
You may want to consider using compression software to "Zip" or "Stuff" your files into a single archive to save space and keep all the parts and pieces neatly organized.

3. SHIP US YOUR DISK
Sometimes files are just too large to send via internet, so just burn a CD or DVD and send them that way.
